Other special provisions
Only a phenomenon or state of affairs that can be defined precisely in advance may be used as the subject of a guessing game. The outcome of a draw, sporting results or any other result may not be used as the subject of a guessing game. The correct answer in a guessing game cannot be known by anyone during the period in which the tickets are sold.
The licensing authority may prohibit a guessing game from taking place if there is good cause to suspect that the organizer of the game is violating the provisions and orders issued on the organization of guessing games.
