Security steward identity card

A person certified as a security steward is issued with a security steward identity card by the police. Security stewards must carry the card with them when performing their assignments and show it on request. The card remains in force for a maximum of five years. The card must be paid for when submitting the application for security steward certification.

Similarly, temporary security stewards, in other words security stewards without the required basic training, must carry with them a copy of the decision appointing them to the job and show it on request.
