Appeal

Decisions on security steward certification and temporary security steward certification and their cancellation can be appealed to an Administrative Court within 30 days from the date of receiving notification of the decision.

Decisions temporarily cancelling security steward certification can also be appealed to an Administrative Court.

Appeals against decisions changing security steward certification are submitted to an Administrative Court within 30 days from the date of receiving notification of the decision.
