Kangasala Police Station’s Licence Services are located between Urheilutie and Kuohunharjuntie roads, address: Urheilutie 6. The customer entrance is from the courtyard on the side of Kuohunharjuntie road. You can apply for a passport, identity card and other permits from us. We also handle matters connected with firearms permits as well as lost property. We mainly serve by appointment. We recommend handling matters online. If you do not book an appointment, please prepare to queue. Upon arrival in the customer lobby, select 1 ASIAKASPALVELU (CUSTOMER SERVICE) or 2 AJAN VARANNEET (APPOINTMENT RESERVED) from the queueing number unit. When your queueing number blinks in the display, we open the locked connecting door. Those who have booked appointments are not called by name. In criminal cases, the Police can be contacted by telephone when answering calls is possible alongside other working tasks.
