15.1.2024 | The special exhibition “The Coloured Truth – Art Crime in Finland” that closed in December 2023 attracted an all-time record number or visitors to the Police Museum. The next temporary exhibition will open in spring 2024.

2.11.2021 | The Police and the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency Tukes express their concern for the safety of young people’s street race events and moped meets. Such events require an advance permit, and the organiser always needs to notify the Police and have sufficient safety arrangements in place. Taking care of the participants’ and the outsiders’ safety is paramount.

10.5.2023 | The concert Together We Secure Finland (Yhdessä turvaamme Suomen) will be held at Musiikkitalo, Helsinki at 7pm on Monday 15th of May. The joint concert of the Finnish Defence Forces and the police will be attended by the Guards Band and the Helsinki Police Band.
