Reception of applications for temporary protection from people fleeing Ukraine to be centralised in Oulu

Applications for temporary protection will be received centrally at the Heikinharju Reception Centre in Oulu on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

The Oulu Police Department is centralising the reception of applications for temporary protection. Temporary protection is intended for people fleeing the war in Ukraine.

In the future, applications for temporary protection will be received centrally in Oulu on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Heikinharju Reception Centre (Heikinharjuntie 66).

Applicants may visit the Heikinharju Reception Centre without an appointment or arrange an appointment by calling +358 295 464 555.
