A new service called a publication register has been opened on the Police College of Finland website. Information on publications by staff of the Police College will be compiled in the register. The college has gathered information on publications from 2008 when the school was established.

"The publication register will bring visibility to the publishing activities of Police College staff. The majority of these publications are the result of research and development projects. Members of the college staff publish some 50 to 60 publications in various forums each year," states Marika Puputti, Head of Library and Information services.

The publication register includes reference information and abstracts for all the studies, reports and text books that have been published in the college's own series, as well as information on scientific articles, reports and other written materials published elsewhere.

The register includes several search functions. Visitors can search for publications for example by publication type or by key words. If you wish to see an overview of publications by Police College staff, these can be listed in chronological order with the newest publications listed first. The user interface for the register can be accessed in Finnish, Swedish and English.
