The Western Uusimaa Police Department recommends that customers reschedule their Licence Service matters to next week, if possible.
We're facing the problem from Tuesday at Espoo Main Police Station again today on April 11th. Our queue number system at the licence services does not work as per usual. At the moment we are still handing out queue numbers, but the system failure causes longer waiting times.
In order to ensure normal service, we recommend that queue number customers reschedule their visit to next week, if possible. We are hoping that by then these problems have been fully resolved.
