Information on salary and collective agreements

Salaries, working hours and other terms of the employment relationship are set out in collective agreement documents.

The Collective Agreement for State Civil Servants and Employees Under Contract is applied to state employees. In addition, the police administration has separate agreements, employer decisions and application instructions, in the same way as other state administrative branches. The collective agreement documents of the police and the National Police Board will be published on this page during the spring of 2024.

All police administration employees work in public-service employment relationships.
