Police do not suspect any criminal offence in either of the cable damage incidents in Southern Finland

There is no reason to suspect criminal activity in the two cable damage incidents which the police were informed of on Tuesday, 03 December.

The police have been investigating the two cable damage incidents reported on Tuesday 03 December 2024 and the surrounding circumstances. Two cases from the Southern Finland region were reported to the police. There is no suspicion of any criminal offence in either case, as the damages were caused by excavation work. The police will not initiate criminal investigation into either case.
