Licence services: time booking and service times

It is recommended to leave licence applications in good time before expiration date. Passport applications can also be submitted via the Police´s e-services portal.

To avoid queuing Western Uusimaa Police Department recommends to book a time in advance as early as possible. Service points are crowded and when you book a time it may take from four to five weeks before you get a first available time. You can book a time for licence services via internet www.poliisi.fi or by phone, number 0295 413 160 from Mon. to Fri. from 9am - 11am and 1pm - 3pm.

Western Uusimaa Police Department offers licence services during summer time as follows:
• Espoo Central Police Station, on Mon. to Fri. 8 am - 4.15pm (delivery of queuing numbers will end at 3.30pm)
• Kirkkonummi, Lohja and Raasepori police stations, from Mon. to Fri. 9am - 4.15pm (delivery of queuing numbers will end at 3.30pm).

Licence services point in Hanko police station is closed from June 1st to August 31st 2015.
Licence services point in Nummela is closed from June 1st to August 31st 2015.

Western Uusimaa Police Department's service times for the reception of crime reports

The purpose of the reception of crime reports is to book crime reports, notification of fines,
to provide executive assistance together with other police operational customer services. Western Uusimaa Police Department's reception of crime report offices operate at Espoo Central Police Station, Lohja Police Station, Kirkkonummi Police Station and Raasepori Police Station during weekdays 1.6.-31.8.2015 as following:

• Espoo 8 am - 5 pm
• Lohja 8 am - 4.15 pm
• Kirkkonummi 9 am - 4.15 pm
• Raasepori 8 am - 4.15 pm
