Tampere Main Police Station’s licence services are situated in Hatanpään valtatie trunk road across from the bus station. You can apply for a passport, identity card, security field and other licences from us. We also handle matters concerning firearms permits. We mainly serve by appointment. We recommend handling matters online. If you do not book an appointment, please prepare to queue. Those who have booked an appointment are called by name in the Customer Service, without separate registration. Queueing turn on Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri 8.00 - 11.00 and on Tue 9.00 - 11.00.Ready documents and driving licences after the end of a driving ban are collected from the Info counter without an appointment. Firearms inspection The entrance to Tampere Main Police Station’s firearms inspection is in the police building’s lower courtyard in Hatanpään valtatie trunk road.
