Jyväskylä Police Station’s licence services are located at the corner of Hannikaisenkatu and Urhonkatu streets in the centre of town. You can apply for a passport, identity card and other permits from us. We also handle matters concerning firearms permits. We mainly serve by appointment. We recommend handling matters online. If you do not book an appointment, please prepare to queue. Those who have booked an appointment are called by name in the Customer Service, without separate registration. The queueing number unit is operational on Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri 8.00 - 11.00 and on Tue 9.00 - 11.00. Ready documents are collected from the information desk without appointment.
