Fees and payments

Payments are usually made in connection to the submission of the application. The fee does not depend on whether the application is accepted or rejected. A repayment is possible only when the fee has been charged incorrectly by the authority.

The most commonly used debit cards, as well as cash, are accepted as a means of payment at the service points of the police. You can also pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. 

If you pay your application online, you can print out a receipt of the paid fee immediately after the payment or later, when you have logged in to your online bank. The receipt will be stored for 24 months.
