Road User’s Hotline

You can report urgent road problems and ones that clearly impose danger to traffic by calling the Road User’s Hotline, which is available 24/7.

The reasons for calling may include dangerous road slipperiness, high water rising on the road or a heavy vehicle stuck on the road. If you make such a notification, you are asked to provide details on the location of the problem and your contact information. Please communicate any obstructions on the road (a fallen tree on the road, or similar) directly to the emergency number 112.
